I consider myself lucky to have a strong-minded, extroverted and convincing nature, which has helped me navigate the man's corporate world relatively easily. However, I recognize that not all women are like me, and that's why I'm passionate about empowering women to recognize and leverage their unique strengths.

For far too long, the traditional gender roles have kept women from reaching their full potential. I don't want to change women, I want to change the system.
